For me biggest issue was taking the Supporters Trust as THE one voice for all supporters. Without slagging the ST it is clear they represent a small number from a quite specific demographic , which ain't their fault but they do not and never have spoken for me. The club will always do that. The sad thing is the ST are now in and fans will be fucked as they are just going to suit themselves. Why would they give up the freebies. Many companies manage to consult with all their “customers” through surveys and feedback. On the one occasion I recall Hart trying a survey, it was a right dog’s dinner. Much too detailed and complex, with its multiple sections and questions seeming to repeat themselves like a psychometric test! I never met anyone who got to the end of that survey, nor saw any outputs from it. Edited September 10 by Rival Son

Rival Son
How many other clubs moved their stadium six miles away from the population centre? In many businesses, the buses would be regarded as a loss leader, to maintain customer numbers and revenue. Of course, over time, the routes and numbers using should be reviewed, as populations, demographics, travel methods, etc. change. However, his approach to this change - scant regard for consultation and impact - was consistent with other significant changes: top-down and driven by simple financial numbers. They have no interest in everyday fans. The trust was originally made up of dodgey characters trying to make money (dodgey solicitor / accountant or whatever they were). Are you going to disagree with the club when they give you nice little days out and don’t question what you spend all the money on. The trust has had a fortune and not shown where any of it has gone

There is no route in. registered groups through the supporters association would be a start. Modern world. Ask the various websites. they don’t ask anyone. They don’t care though to be fair. Football fans will just continue to be ripped off no matter what.

Popular Post gonzo
Hes managed to make the simple task of going to the match more difficult. It'd harder to buy a ticket, harder to park and pay for parking and harder to buy a pint.

Leyther_Matt
Concourse queues have had a marked improvement recently. Was literally third in the queue at the corner one in NSL at half time at the Exeter game. Home match ticket is easy enough if you attend fairly frequently but understand it being tricky if you’re a newcomer.

Tickets sales are unquestionably more awkward now because of the need to be members. There's a lot of first time hassle involved there that puts off newbies
L/H White
ticket sales are massively up both home & away which would suggest tickets aren't to hard to buy

radcliffe white
The best one for me is the membership scheme, partly introduced to track sales to any trouble makers but then some away games are pay on the door! Buying adult tickets on junior CRNs for away games the list goes on Edited September 10 by radcliffe white
