I think it does. The guy's checked out, we'll not see him again & quite bluntly he's not been with us since Oxford ... not really.

And that's why he has never played any higher, has all the physical attributes to go far, but the brains and temperament let's him down.

Got to be honest. Some of the comments about Santos, probably our best and most consistent performer of the last 4 years, are incredibly harsh. Him and Evatt have been huge parts of our renaissance and deserve credit for their role in it. Evatt unravelled this season, and Santos simply wants to move closer to his roots. 

I don't know that he has checked out at all! Those saying he has, is this something you 'know' or something you 'think'?

I've managed people for over 40 years. My instincts are good. He's gone.

If you’re instincts are correct, he’s not fulfilling his contract. I hope we’re not paying him.
