It’s was no coincidence our form dropped when he was done for the season. A very tidy player that keeps it simple. 

I’m really looking forward to today, watching it without any pressure, sunny day and should be a decent atmosphere.

Without experimenting too much and assuming the 3 who went off on Tuesday night are unavailable, I’d like to see Sadlier pushed more central with Senior RWB. Id also give Amaechi a bit of a run out over the last few games if there’s any chance he could return next season. While he hasn’t done anything particularly, he hasn’t really had a run.

People be so fickle. Yeah we got a depleted squad and nothing to play for. But look, we are in a great position, its a Saturday afternoon, sun is shining, 2 massive, historical teams playing against each other in front of around 20,000.

Think I’d have gone with a back 4 today, think Aimson would more comfortable in a 4, then the onus on MJ to do most of the playing out from the back instead.

That’s the point Matt, we don’t have that nastiness in us, we’re far too soft in that direction. I’d really like to see Evatt recruit a tough bugger to do the nasty stuff this summer.

Foul on our player; cheating kunts 

It doesnt matter in the grand scheme of things but tactically today weve been shit. Really shit. Barely had a shot on goal. Should of stuck to 3 at the back and at least had a go. 

Against a poor sheff wed team we’ve been poor, to many not good enough players… not took their chance, hope 5/6 of the players involved today are binned.
