I saw a bloke walking a dog and he was wearing a poppy. We just nodded and said “morning” to each other but my poppy was on my other coat so I felt him judging me like maybe I don’t care about soldiers.

I felt reallly bad.

Yes,,I've walked my partner's dog many times, or rather he pulls me everything he wants to go. The usual conversation with any folk I speak to up here is football and how shite the SNP are doing 😉 

Will be at a Remembrance Sunday do next weekend with Chris Stephens from the SNP and also Humza Yousaf as it's his constituency, then heading for drinks and nibbles with them later at the local Masonic Lodge, will discuss dogs with them there 🐶

I was thinking this but they've (by witness accounts) gone down the train slashing and stabbing. By the very nature of that, it's terror.

Waiting for the train to set off so there's no escape that's terror..

"Prevent" states that anyone can be a terrorist, British nationals can ne terrorists and these guys have created terror.

It is a technical thing, a terror attack is linked to a political, religious or ideology aimed at getting a government to change something. 
 

Sounds daft but it is like that as an event is a terror attack police have more powers in terms of how long they can hold suspects etc.

I think from memory pre planning is not relevant. All murders are pre planned for instance but not all are terrorists.

Again I think so not sure if they arrested them and said it was ‘terror’ related and used the extra powers and during that they found evidence but it was not terror related that evidence would become inadmissible so may not go down the terror route early although as the enquiry moves forward it might be redefined.
