The PM is the leader who will set out the direction and principles of the Govt. They should then have around them team that delivers the vision. As with any large organisation leadership involves setting the example and their behaviour influences others. The best leaders have the charisma to do this and the security in themselves to let others get on and deliver without micro managing. Another type of leader is someone who lacks the charisma but is good on the detail and controls the spend, loads of top bosses are accountants by trade. The worse possible boss imo is someone with the charisma but no real vision or personal responsibility so if they are prepared to simply lie and bull shit that becomes acceptable. They do not have any vision so are totally reactive rather than proactive. In short the PM sets the agenda and standards others deliver to it. A good leader lifts people so the group is better than the individual parts. A shit leader like Boris does the opposite. Instead of delivering change the cabinet spend their time fucking about in interviews saying it was not a party, it was not a lie etc etc. The biggest success Boris' lot have had was vaccine roll out, vision was get it out by x date and then basically left it to others to deliver. They did that and it was brilliant. Boris rightly gets credit for it because he set the agenda and let the experts deliver. (NHS , Army , logistics experts etc) As for the second part the question used to be which party are you voting for so based on policies , these days it is more of a popularity contest, Starmer is attacked for being boring, Boris is a maverick and some people latch onto that as justification for his actions. (Or maybe as justification for them supporting him and giving home the job despite his track record for being a lying incompetent twat)

  8. He probably thinks he has a better chance at getting to the World Cup playing in the second tier than in the third tier. No bad blood from me, unless he goes to Wiggin. Hope Rotherham go down though, they think they're quality when they're bang average.
  9. 23 professional appearances at the age of 23 suggests otherwise. He was with us 4 months and injured 2 of em. Didn't play for Fulham due to injury and barely played as a youth due to injuries.
  10. Balls to the hair bear. Tinpot move and fuck him.
  11. Certainly, not going for the size of fanbase, doubt he'd get more money, not going to play in a big stadium, maybe he likes industrial wastelands. Very strange move. It it happens.
  12. 😂 No Colonel, no LGC. Tight knit group that.
  13. Derby have been promoted for the tenth successive season and are now looking forwards to playing league football once again.

@Traf I have a business opportunity for you. Can you add a filter on holiday choices so when you choose you can exclude hotels that allow gobby cunts from London who want to tell the world their life story within 2 hours of arriving in the resort ? I do not care that he works for the NHS but is going to work private as the 3% pay rise is a 7% cut and his dad lives in Penzance which is a six hour drive from Southend. He is 38 his partner is 32 kids are six and 1, grandad only sees them once a year cos it is so far, but just got an iPad so can see pictures , his dad only has a Nokia cos he is old school , supports Arsenal knows they are not great but their trophy room has less cobwebs than Spurs, six year old has a dodgy tummy, the pool ain't that cold, missus does not drink much but likes Amerretto and Malibu (wait for this... not at same time) or a cider when getting ready, loves drinking his lager sat at side of pool and when some gets him one on All Inc, he offers to buy the next round. And he how much he paid for his holiday but it was cheap if food is shit they will eat out. Did 4 days at Haven for £159, on school time would be £900. They only turned up at about half two and I have not spoken a word to him.
