Kerby- used to enjoy that. Some kids used to do it outside our house- no probs but it would piss me off when they came for the ball if it came on the garden, as instead of walking round they'd run over my plants to get it.

Correct. Not sure it will affect those already afflicted by alcohol addiction, but I see it as being more about preventing youngsters starting on the rocky road by access to cheap booze; sometimes lower priced than an equal volume of bottled water. We've seen the steady decline in the number of pubs, where at one time youngsters learned to drink amongst people of all ages with a landlord/lady on hand to say enough is enough. We now see folk preloading and pissed before going out. A means of helping publicans with taxation, so that they can compete on a more level playing field should be looked into

Bring it on for me. Get more people learning how to drink responsibly in pubs with older folk. Not hanging around on street corners with kids their own age smashing stuff up. Obviously a bit more complicated, but folk who don't mind a drink or two at home; a nice glass of red for example aren't going to be affected as they'll already be paying more per unit any road.

Unfortunately mine got his coordination from the wife's side of the family. Not football oriented. He's really solid though, even his pe teacher said he could do with realising his own physicality on the pitch! He can mow for Britain though and I'm hoping to get him swinging an axe in a year or two. Any road, how many balls finish up in canals and water bodies only to gradually degrade and get covered with slime. Wilson!
