Is that really a better way? Yes, the 'voucher' idea is better, but a physical queue isn't. There's no way of appeasing everyone when there are simply not enough tickets to go round.

Once the payment button is clicked they should remain allocated until it's completed. Obviously, if payment doesn't go through/or is cancelled then that's a different story. Totally cunty.
