Is the playing surface at Wembley really that much bigger than other football league  pitches, or is some sort of urban myth?

Yes, it’s definitely bigger, longer and wider. I checked the other day when my son in law said it’s a big pitch, it’ll suit you

Oh cheers, just don't want to miss out.

There absolutely won’t be pay on the day so don’t leave it too late, mind

Unfortunately I think so; ridiculous rules

In reality if you want 12 tickets then it only needs 2 people to go on and do the buying with no need to do any assigning so not exactly a hardship. The same person could even do it and just have accounts with different email addresses (which is ironically what has caused so many problems for season ticket holders)

Ticket sales going quite slowly now and will continue to trickle all week after a bit of a surge tomorrow morning. Cant see more than another 2 - 3k getting sold. Happy to be proved wrong

Think sales will end up considerably down on pizza final

206 to 210 won't go on sale unless the EFL allocate us more tickets, according to the club.
Seems strange to now only have one category of ticket available when other sections will be empty.

I have a few mates who used to come and watch London matches with me in the 90s and 00s. Bit of interest in a few of them coming along to this but as I'm the only one registered will I be limited to only 5, if that?

It's an urban myth isn't?  They were discussing on Talksport the other day, from memory, Man City, Forest, Huddersfield, Swansea, Hull and several more I can't remember who have at the least the same dimensions or larger.

I'm sure someone will find a list, but I think it's safe to say the pitch size isn't anything special

They’re open sale tomorrow so they just need to create an account and they’ll be able to buy themselves

I was told accounts had to be in place by May 8th?

Wembley 105m x 69m

Reebok 100.6m x 60.8m

Kassam 105m x 66m

Allegedly.

Blimey, I knew our pitch was very small, I didn't know it was that small

So it is. Didn’t read that far. Anyone’s guess whether that will turn out to be completely the case 🤣

Evatt can change it at the beginning of each season if he wants to.

Correct, we can make it as big or as small as we like (within reason) - the current small size obviously suits Evatt and what he wants to achieve

Oxford sold 15k as of today .

That seems low, thought they were expecting at least 35/40K to be sold for the final.

Yet he does comment on other "small pitches" around the country, and how they don't help with our style.

I wonder how easily players adapt to a bigger pitch after using a smaller one regularly?

Worked well last year, but they'll have to kick it harder from corners etc! :)
