Good game, great atmosphere and colour, but I keep thinking I'm watching Portugal not Belgium.  That's maroon not red.  Portugal's kit this year looks more like Belgium's traditional one than Belgium's does, and vice versa.

In comparison Romania's yellow never seems to get altered, same shade from one tournament to the next.

For a nation that has won only one world cup and never won the Euros, it's all a bit dramatic. 

Then it goes the other way, where if we play well we're all convinced it's coming home, which only helps motivate the opposition. 

Not in anyway saying our media circus and fans excuse how we've played under Southgate in recent months, but we do create a lot of unnecessary pressure.

Just heard Kane say that the England team were given the whole day off the day after the Denmark match to spend with the families. Apparently because we’ve done so well 😳

Attempting to put a positive spin on this. Everyone looks at Euro 96 as a tournament where we were brilliant.
