Clearly took his back leg out so how VAR has missed it as well as the ref (who’s been brilliant to that point) is crazy. Only thing I can think is that he was offside and VAR knew that so it was irrelevant anyway. Quote

I was stood behind the goal (fantastic day) when McAllister's pen was saved by Seaman, and they fully deserved to be level at that stage. Game before that we were awful, drawing 1-1 v Switzerland. The goalless draw v Spain was tepid, this was before Spain were any good (despite having Hierro). Our performance at Euro 96 was OK but well overrated because of the 4-1 win v Holland which was obviously a brilliant performance. Every game at home yet we still struggled in all but one game, and just about beat Scotland. Quote
