Well this was my first proper Christmas as a retired chap and I've missed the people I used to support. Every film that has come on telly I've said I took ...... to see this, or ...... enjoyed this, or we used to Makaton sing this.

At work I had Christmas in films carols decorations, from Halloween to New year. This year I've had more time, well Mrs F has had more time, to prepare me for it.

I know lots that love Christmas and I apologise for being grumpy but it's not for me thanks.

It's certainly not been what I'd hoped!

Even though the present side of things is dismissed with age, I was looking forward to a couple of hikes.

Not going to happen now.
