Well, if they happen every now and again and quite clearly a mistake then no you can’t. However, all of those happen week in week out, game in game out. Yep, they’re L1 players but I guarantee not many other sides in the league are riddled with those issues so often.

Put simply, if the players cannot execute what you are asking of them and it’s causing results to be negative more often than not then you have to find another way they are comfortable with

It's a good point

If basic mistakes are happening regularly and over a sustained period, there comes a time when questions have to be asked about the system itself and the ability of the players to realise it

Just back, & that was awful.

Too many aimless long balls to McAtee & Collins who won nothing, Morley looks no better than when he left & Randall was as bad as the P/boro lot said with fancy touches that didn't come off & weak as piss (I know it's too soon to write him off but he doesn't look what we needed, a bit more physicality & pace ) & we were weak all over the pitch.

I blame the players more than the manager for this spineless performance & i doubt that another manager would get better out of them........but IE signed them.

Another manager literally got more out of Morley 2 fucking weeks ago.

Unless there is some sort of agreement, he keeps them.

Don't think there is anything that says an unemployed manager can't have shares! :)

Hed have to get rid before he took another job though.

If they’re employee B Shares there will almost certainly be a clause requiring them to be sold back to the club. Since as far as I know they’re not traded on any market I have no idea of the value but I wouldn’t expect it to be an issue.

Sadly we can't stick two decent halves together in a single game let alone go on a run of winning games.

Crazy isn’t it. I genuinely don’t think we’ve played well for an entire 90 minutes the entire season. We’ve always been piss poor in at least 1 half.

If he hadn't lost the dressing room when he woke up this morning he will almost certainly have lost it before he goes to bed tonight. He needs to be relieved of his post before the whole place turns into a bear pit.

It will be a long quiet ride home tonight. IE not speaking, players not speaking.

As someone touched on earlier, he does look a bit overweight if I'm honest.

However, Rotherham had 2 players (8 up front and 14 in midfield) who looked like the same physique as my late 30s 7 a side team and they bossed it (especially the striker). Proper use of their size to put muscle our lot

Exactly and to be fair I thought Morley was one of the least culpable today. At least he was trying but without much support and to be fair that fabulous cross field pass to Schon which Charles eventually fluffed was the only piece of true class from either side.

The absolutely most frustrating thing about all of this is that at some point Evatt could get a tune out of what he had.

And for whatever reason, maybe lack of ability or experience, he can’t re find that tune and is fucking about with hoofing it instead of just going back to the basics that had us playing well, dominating and ultimately winning matches.

if it was megson or Parkinson who didn’t have it in the first place and never will then fine, but Evatt had it at one point!

Yeah the number 14 for Rotherham, tiny guy but looked well overweight, a bit like their manager, but they still managed to whip us!

I was over that end, most entertaining part of the day. That fella top row weren’t for shifting.

What happened with the Evatt Out banner? I was up towards the top left so couldn't really see but it seemed to come and then stewards swarmed around it

Does anybody know a decent paywall remover nowadays. Nine of the old ones seem to work anymore and there's absolutely non chance I'm paying for Mark Iles.

If he's that bad, why do you want read his articles?

I haven’t been for weeks but I think there is only one way to end this. Next game, the screw needs to be turned. I fucking hate him

Blimey, it's only a few weeks since you were singing "we love you Evatt we do" at Stevenage away

If you met him in the street you'd shake his hand and ask for a photo.
