Made up we’ve got him to be honest. Out of all the runners and riders he just seemed to “fit” best. Don’t know why, just a feeling.

I got a bit excited at Wagner, Farke & O'Neill being mentioned but really, this is a good, solid appointment. 

Apparently his natural shape is 4-3-3. Which is my preference, if we have the players for it.

Equally he sounds absolutely buzzing to be here. I know there’s a lot of cliches thrown out by new managers and players alike but he can definitely see what we all see in terms of what he’s inheriting and where it should be heading
