Burton Albion (H)

Definately owe them one, after they beat us at their's. On paper we've got the easier match of the clubs in the top eight. Nothing less than 3 points.

Sam dalby take a bow son, you’ve had to bide your time, you’ve worked your bollocks off since getting into the team. Mom tonight.

  • Lead the line and linked up play all night then bags two. Some of you really are thickos.

2-0 Burstow, on fire.

Forget that, thought he'd be nailed on to start.

You see after scoring that penalty and getting fired up wouldn’t you think he’d start Burstow tonight to build on it? It’s probably just me but I do wonder about Schumacher sometimes.

It would have been incredibly harsh to drop McAtee after 1 start when other have had loads of opportunities. Burstow can come off the bench fired up.

Looks a strong team, let's get these beat

Presumably the final outing of wing backs

Hopefully Erhahon holds and Dempsey and Morley can run about a bit

Hoping McAtee is alongside Dalby but expect he’ll be in behind again

Lewis Temple on the bench , a quick promotion to the first team squad, maybe lack of other options, good luck to him if he gets some minutes

Sort of expected that team.

Gale had cramp last time out and maybe another blast in frigid temps wouldn't be to his benefit. Few minutes later perhaps.

Expect to see those crosses going in

Gonna be a long night

Curious if that's a middle 3 or a 2 with Dempsey and McAtee as 10's, either could work depends on if Burton come out to attack us.

Don't think he's up to it, but I feel McAtee is in the last chance saloon. He will be a big earner and we need a bully of a striker.

Quite happy with that team. Glad Mcatee has another chance. Would like him to stay up top with Dalby and not drop too deep.

Aye, I don't like viewing Bonham and Christie

But he's not been playing well, has he not been fired up since October?

Not having a go at him, I hope he improves, but SS has to play the players he thinks will win the game not hoping someone's just got a sudden burst of enthusiasm.

Reckon our midfield will do well tonight

No match feed for foreigners on the WanderersTV website as yet , anyone got it ?

He does, but McAtee hasn't been playing particularly well all season, so there are equal questions about them both.

It looks like we may be putting some more balls into the box too, which may suit Burstow given the goals he has scored.

Not overly arsed either way though- just win the sodding game.

Theres very few of them who you could make a strong " should be starting" case for.

I'd have started Burstow, will be feeling so much better after his drought ended

I'm on it, no problems
