Con
The Equaliser. 8/10. Denzil never fails to disappoint. Don't know how this one passed me by last September. I agree, surprised how much I enjoyed it. Mind I watched Horrible Bosses 2 in the same sitting, which would make many films look good. Smiley
The Equaliser. 8/10. Denzil never fails to disappoint. Don't know how this one passed me by last September. He's one of those actors that either never appears in shit films OR can make a bad script good. Very very good actor IMO.

bgoefc
Cold in July. 8/10. Weird film but with some good acting from Sam Shepard, Don Johnson and Michael C Hall of Dexter. Set in Texas in 1989.
pato
Watched American Sniper and The Interview both were better than what I had been expecting American Sniper will probably get another Oscar for Clint (though not as good as Gran Torino)
seasoned Traveller
Lalwless with Tom Hardy. Not bad, and a bit gruesome.

stevieb
Correct! Haha this is brilliant. The only time I've ever been on widnes train station I had an overwhelming feeling of homesickness too. Not even lying. Think it's the fact trains are twice a week or something and stop absolutely everywhere between there and Oxford Road! I once got a train from Widnes to Warrington, and it's eventual destination was Norwich. Whenever I question my choices in life, I just think thank fuck it's never been grim enough to have to get a train from Widnes to Norwich. Moderators Casino Posted January 31, 2015 Moderators Share Posted January 31, 2015 Couple of seasons back - dickhead did his sub muamba trick - we did Norwich to Manc on the train on a Sunday Almost as depressing as a game where dickhead subbed muamba

HR
'71, a film I would recommend to anyone, thoroughly believable and tense film about a soldier stuck behind the wrong side of enemy lines during the NI 'troubles'. 9/10.
