Vast majority of em seemed sound and they had quite few there. Start of the second half I thought trafford were going to push on and win but in the end it could have have been 5 if it wasn't for Shenton.

Jolly boys outing tomorrow to Ossett Town to watch Colls in another FA Cup qualifier, they beat us in the league last week but Cleggy didn't play his best team, it's not something I agree with but I can see his logic for doing it.

Went to Mossley yesterday. Rammy got beat 2-0 strong physical team stopped Rammy playing. Prob best side I've seen then play this year. Colls fans get there next week one of the best non league grounds I've been too and a good clubhouse.

International football at the Colls tomorrow night, we play Colwyn Bay, 7.45 KO

I've been on the club all day today as BWFC ladies had a Lancashire Cup game V Morecambe, a bogey team it seems. the BWFC girls played very well and beat the hoodoo winning 4-2, well done ladies you deserved it playing some good football,  I was glad to call last orders at 7.00pm as I was knackered

I went to Mossley v Crewe in the FA cup about 20 years ago. There was no segregation & people were getting thumped all over the place, with it seeming to be mostly locals bashing Crewe fans. A very lively day out !

I think I went by train to Stalybrige & then on by bus, with Stalybrige station always being worth a visit.

I'm not sure if there are any pubs within walking distance of the ground, the one right outside closed a couple of years ago, we'll suss it on Saturday and there are always taxi's

There's a few pubs around the station but worth bearing in mind it's a HUGE uphill walk to the ground from there.

There's a pub about a minute to your left as you come out of the station. Beer was alright and they had the football on was pretty empty though. Grounds about 10 minutes away up a steep climb. Stalybrdge stop before Mossley. Loads got off the train there otherwise we were going to drink there before the match. Clubhouse was alright. Only one bloke serving but he got through people quick.
