Was a good day out, best I've seen Chorley play this season.

Nearly 8000 on at £15 a ticket too; don't know how money is split but decent amount earned for both hopefully

50/50 after "expenses".

A bit of FV at Fleetwood last night at the Macron Cup Final, City of Liverpool and Barnoldswick fans were apparently that bad that Lancashire sport had to stop broadcasting the match live.

Always the victims... Looked like 2 lots of coppers had to show and put the respective fans behind opposite goals. Puts our "clashes" with Colne with a musical accompaniment to shame!

ex bolton jay lynch has been released by salford, probably the best keeper in that league

they've signed 6-7 players now

hard not to see them winning it next season

Some team they're getting together. The new left back josh askew was very good at rammy last season. Seemed a decent bloke too. I can't see them not going up. Be interesting to see what crowds they get.

Just out of interest I'm assuming the owners can plough as much in as they wish at this level to gain success but where in the football league would they need to be concerned about financial fair play? Longish way off yet but must be a concern?

Its not the transfer fees, its the wages they pay

again, not as much as others think

they have let players go who have wanted more money, they are sticking to a budget

Even at our (colls) level, players are moving for decent money. I'm sure some at Runcorn Linnets are on £250 a week, doesn't sound much but you wouldn't turn it down.
