Hat and extra t-shirt on for all the northerners today. Anyone from south of Crewe, stay home or put a massive coat on.
It’s snowing

I can't wear a hat. I look like Benny off crossroads or young Kenny.

When I wore a beanie at times in the late nineties some silly cunt approached me in the pub thinking I was Badly Drawn Munich Traitor, I look fuck all like him, I signed his menu with a scrawl and stickman. The daft twat had worked in the same building as me for a year, he wasn't taking the piss - the cheeky fucker thought I was Gough, probably pissed. Him not me, it still irks me as I'm a handsome bastard and he's an ugly fucker.

Nice casual 50mph winds here.

Not all over the news though..

My old man used to make us get the tram from our digs near the boating pool to watch a show at thopra house or the North pier, in August, then insist we march back, because he was pissed. I genuinely thought a wave would take us away or we'd be blown into the sea.

Then he'd insist on going further to Redbank road for a chippy supper, I think it's about three or four miles on foot.

I went on a nostalgia mission when that ship grounded, it was depressing, doledossers row and kebab shops instead of fish and chip shops - I didn't even see if the arcade on the corner was still there - I fucked off on the next tram to the North Pier, nowt on that either, and I think I paid a quid but no bar.

Ita actually had a bit of an upturn in establishments down there now. A few nice eateries including outside areas popped up in the past few years.

Like Bisphams version of Alderly Edge :D

It was a shithole ten years ago. I like Blackpool especially our enforced marches from the south Pier to Fleetwood knowing that miners thing meant we almost there.

Look at how much effort was going into those control inputs, it's like watching a WWII film!

And his feet will be like he's riding a push bike

Aye called the showboat. Does really well.

Great in the summer. Live acts outside with a bar and big screen.

Did all my underage drinking and fingering on the miners home mate.

Got my first blowy in the tram shelter opposite.

I wouldn't mind a pad up there, they're not daft prices and ten minutes jog to the beach, hmm, Bromley or Bispham? I think I'm out of here it's fucking horrible, the best people are Pakistani, black or Albanian and the odd whities.

I looked at a house just off Queens gate not long ago.

Spent another few hours on this bastard. 4 of our wrestling with several tonnes of sycamore.

Wet through, covered in mud and nowhere near finished.

A tranny gaff?

Just nearly knocked out nipping to the shop here for four Guinness - it must be mental on the north shore.
