captainmed Posted February 21, 2022 Posted February 21, 2022 It’s days like this (and many others) that I’m so glad I retired early. Hearing the wind batter the house in the night, knowing that I don’t have to get up in the morning. Great feeling. Quote

Pain in the arse but luckily neighbours are gooduns and sorted quite quickly. Quote

What are you a fucking meteorologist now, what the fuck does anything have to do with tornadoes? Who needs tornadoes? I need my cock, man. Everything's a fucking travesty with you, nic Quote
Tonge moor green jacket Posted February 21, 2022 Posted February 21, 2022 We don't have more tornadoes than America anyway. We have more per area, which is a bit different. Quote
Carlos Posted February 21, 2022 Posted February 21, 2022 Fences and sheds everywhere this morning, miles worse than Friday. Quote

Can even buy fairly tall plants and still be cheaper than a full fencing. Much healthier for the garden too. Quote

Physically and mentally drained Must be bloody hard work, I was only kidding. I believe its red if there is a significant danger to life. I believe it made the news as it was the first red weather warning in London since weather warnings came in, and given London has a shit load of people in it and it never normally get such warnings that it made news. Trust me, I still have arguments with folks saying that the general storm of 87 was a dusting up north. And sod Sevenoaks. They deserve all they get. Quote
