Ani Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 A bit like your original ill punctuated remark. The UK is in £1.2 trillion of debt. Several people were elected in to positions of responsibility and built up that debt by not understanding the intrinsic link between income and expenditure. Some of those people (electors or elected) have self righteous views about payday loan companies like Quick Quid. They need to get their own house in order before pontificating. For some bizarre reason you decided this was all about lefties, the point you were making was in my opinion bollocks. If you do not like that please remember I do not give a shit. The sponsor will not affect the likelihood of me attending matches but I still think it is a terrible choice, you stick a cheap nasty name as your principal partner then it reflects badly on your brand. Whites man Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 Quick Quid & their like are legal & regulated companies, surely it's better folk borrow from them rather than the local estate loan shark? There is an increasing tendancy to treat working class types as children who cannot be trusted to run their lives properly. Quote

davidjack Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 A time when most people aren't working and when they've had more than a day's notice means there's a fair chance I'd say. And the petition is nudging 3000 now... in a little over 24 hours...a sign that this isn't just a small group of serial protestors. Quote
