tomski Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Ibe stalls on derby move as he wants to talk to Bolton. Nixon tweet Quote
Casino Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 (edited) thats obvs bollocks as nobody wants to join us cos we play shit football anyway, nixon tweeted a couple of days ago in answer to the derby tales 'nobody has asked the lad where he wants to play' suggesting to me that he had a preference for joining us anyway, these transfer dealings are way too complex to predict so what will ibe will ibe Edited August 28, 2014 by Casino Quote
ex_midlandwhite Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 do we know if thats plus wages or including? Reported on sky as loan fee so I think the wages are on top of that Quote
Casino Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 eitehr way, shows a complete lack of ambition on our part but our manager would never be able to get the best out a flair player like that so i spose its immaterial Quote
mickbrown Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Probably more to do with geography then wanting to hone his talents under the watchful eye of Douglas. Quote
tylswhite Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Probably more to do with geography then wanting to hone his talents under the watchful eye of Douglas. Whatever reason it is lets hope it means he ends up playing for us. Some more pace and attacking flair can only be a good thing. Quote
Ratwhite Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 His bird lives in Bongs FACT. He can get to her bedroom from training quicker for a lick and fondle fest Quote

Werder barmen Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 i always thought that loans worked by: if a player is worth say 9million, with 3 years on his contract, to loan him for 1 year is equivalent to 1 year of his worth, so 3mil loan fee + a percentage of wages younger players wont be worth as much so would come out cheaper because they go back with experience so as someone mentioned falcao one year for 20 mil, his contract runs out in 2016 so they reckon he is worth 40mil? indra Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Nixon says our bid was accepted by Liverpool last week, so it might be up to player where he goes Quote
superjohnmcginlay Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 It'll be reet is only 4 days til the window shuts and the season starts Quote
Zico Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 These 4 players that nixon said would result in him putting a ton on us going up, deeo you reckon df and pg were confident we could get them or they were realistic? Same goes for the ones on the list that DF showed andy grey last season It must be very frustrating for all concerned when also cutting the wage bill And to think DF had to actually go on record to quash any notion we might actually bid for rhodes I can't keep up with these targets that keep moving Quote

Casino Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 fwiw, nixon was asked about that and he said freedman had been misquoted or at best misunderstood nixons take on what freedman said/meant to say was clayton was too much, ibe was affordable but looked likely to end up at derby Quote
