Will everyone please calm down.

I say that by March we wil be mid table.

Now we have got rid of that clown we will be fine.

Not what we wanted at the start but it will make Bournemouth and Brentford more of a day out.....

Spearing gets away with a lot just because he puts in a big tackle a game, one of the biggest underachievers this season and continuously goes missing during games. Tactically poor again, why do our 2 strikers just sit up front together when we're without the ball? One of them should be dropping into to help out rather than allowing the opposition to overload us, even with 10 men. Big gaps need to be addressed between the midfield, and defence but that should be sorted with a new manager. Onwards an upwards COYWM.

When we have the ball at the back, you'd think our front 4 were marking their defenders - not the other way round. The lack of movement in possession is appalling.

When we don't have the ball, everyone is ball-watching. No-one is watching the runners coming through, or where the opposition move is heading.

It's brain-dead football and it needs an experienced manager/coach to start sorting it. But it won't happen overnight. I just hope we get enough out of these players to finish 21st or higher.

Players are easily good enough. Just in need of a big confidence boost and a manager who can adequately organise. The likes of danns are a shell of their former self, that's down to poor management and no confidence. Should be expected really as when you played well under freedman you'd end up being 'rotated'.

Spearing actually is one of the few who look like they give a fuck. Mark Davies on the other hand looked like he couldn't wait to get off. Fuckin pussy

That 20 minute spell in the second half saw more off the ball movement than the last two seasons put together, Bournemouth couldn't cope with Pratley, Danns and Chungy in particular all switching positions and looking hungry for the ball. Makes the other 70 minutes all the more infuriating because it just shows they CAN be a threat when they want to be.

There's a fair few of ours who seem to think they're better than they are. Problem is one or two have been decent (for this level) in the hazy past and are on a downward trajectory in their careers while the rest are actually crap. The only one on that pitch who could be argued to be on an upward curve was Clayton. Whoever takes on this squad will inherit an imbalanced crock of cast offs and loanees from clubs in the same division (or ones who were in it last season).

With a decent manager and coaching team who has us better organised, sharper of mind and more able to sustain a higher tempo game we might be good enough to scramble up to halfway again. It's a serious turd-polishing job though, and it'll take all the rest of the season and a bit of wheeler dealing in January.

people need to get a fookin grip. whoever was in charge today, we wouldnt recognise em if they walked into the local. and then we still gave cu*nts on here saying how things are so bad etc when they aint even been.

Spot in there's folk travelled long distances to support the club and were getting gobshites giving it the big one and they can't get of their arses to travel 10 miles, just fuck of you goons and stop pretending to be Bolton fans.

Having been out most of the day, I might have misunderstood, but...

..are we reverting back to "those who weren't there aren't entitled to an opinion"?

You can run around all day but at some stage you have to do something with the ball, all three did nothing from what I saw and Danns in particular couldn't trap a bag of cement.

But it's a game of opinions, but I agree Mark Davies is still hide and seek champion.

Spearings best asset is pointing to positions that other players should move to, because he won't move there himself. Chungy doesn't want to follow the opposition midfield runner. Danns did bugger all. Ream isn't a left back, Mills is a penalty and a sending off waiting to happen. Beckford and C Davies csnnot play together, it has to be either Mason and one of them. Herd had a solid game, Dervite gets better with every match, M Davies is still our best passer and forward thinking player, but just call him Mr Glass, Lonergan made a coupl of good saves, but should have stopped their first.

All this critique and yet that first half was the best I have seen in a long time
