June 12, 20188 yr Ream is in a perfect team for him at the moment, a ball playing CB who doesnt need to do a lot of defending as his team dictates the ball. June 12, 20188 yr Its a bit of a modern day football phenomenon, defenders who aren't very good at defending but decent with the ball at their feet, isn't it. Ream was always very accomplished on the ball but often caught of of position defensively. Like Frank eluded to though he always seemed to work hard and give it his all. Not surprised to see him flourish in a team who knocks it about.

At the time (6 years ago) £7m was a significant fee given the circumstances. Though we could have had double (and more) if we had sold him in the summer of 2011.
