stevieb Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Yaya is a beast of a player. Absolutely love the guy! City have not played that well (the last 5 mins aside) so if they can get a bit of composure sunderland can probably get back in to it. Quote
no balls Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Nice to hear the City fans have finally turned up Quote
no balls Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Were there the no English players in City's starting line up? Quote

no balls Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Villa - Norwich for me which isn't short on goals. I tried the Spanish stuff but it was just infuriating me. Quote
pato Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 The radio guy was saying the Villa fans were booing after 7 minutes now 4-1 up who says it doesn't work Quote
COYW Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Apparently Norwich's goalscorer today didn't celebrate out of respect for the opposition manager, Paul Lambert, who tried to sign him for Villa in January. What a complete tosser. Quote
gonzo Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Spoke to a very ITK Blackpool fan today... He tells me things are bad behind the scenes there, laughable infact....as ever. Only 5 players that played on Saturday belong the club, the rest are on loan. Oyston had Alex McLeish in for talks but McLeish walked out because Oyston wanted him to be director of football over Barry Ferguson who would remain coach, and payment would be a rolling monthly contract. There is zero discipline within the team and players and training is taken by Ferguson and a PE teacher from the school they train at. They are going to have to fin somewhere else to train over the Easter school holidays as the shool are hosting a series of sports days and they need their field back. Haha Quote
Sweep Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Is it still worth putting some coin on them getting relegated Gonch? Quote
gonzo Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Is it still worth putting some coin on them getting relegated Gonch? They all seem pretty resigned to it round here mate. Think they were 6 or 7/1 last time I looked. Bournemouth home on Saturday is massive for em. Quote

Haha To be fair, I remember watchin Rioch's side train at our school around '95 ish. That was when Carling were apparently doing break times:) Still, it is heartwarming to hear tales of local sides doing so well;) Quote

gonzo Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Is that Latvian still kicking around, or did they buy him out? They owe him about 8 million. He chucked a few bob in to help build the south stand for a small stake in the club/Oystons sister company Quote
