I'm not a fan of what I'm about to say because it's used unnecessarily at times. But Oldham is a proper northern club. Good to see them back in the league. Chuffed for 'em.

EDIT: Just seen it's already the replay. Ne'er mind

0-0 again with a weakened side vs a very strong side, defensively very good, attacking not so, hardly anything until the end.

Hahaha superb stuff from the rarararas

Crowd of just over 1,500 and all. Mind the gap ????

ROI out - hurrah

Bury out - hurrah   ( Woking away please )

A decent England performance - hurrah. I don't know what Lingard is supposed to be, Rashford couldn't trap a bag of cement & Bertrand looked out of his depth defensively....but plusses with Gomez, Stones & Maguire all defending well. With Ali, Lallana & Kane to improve us going forward, we might have a reasonable team.

Yeboah got a mention at work today when we were discussing players who scored unique goals, those you couldn't mistake for another player. Denis Bergkamp and Matt Le Tissier were the other 2 we could think of, any others?

A Scotsman, Irishman and a Welshman walked into a bar . . . to watch England at the world cup :)

Mark Winstanley - I can only remember him scoring twice. 1 a blockbuster from 170 yards against Wrexham in the Sherpa Van trophy and 1 against Liverpool in his own net

Eidur against Wimbledon and our own swede against wolves.
