Whites man Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 Just a question , does anyone think the atmosphere is poor at macron because our couple of dated songs like wanky wanderers etc. dont put fire in the belly of the average joe ? No. Quote
MickyD Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 The atmosphere is shit because the club never really understood the need to group like minded people together in one area. Away matches have a decent atmosphere purely because the older heads are passing down some of the older songs. At home the kids think wanky wanderers and we are the one and only wanderers are good enough. Quote
Whites man Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 To the tune of 80's standard "no you laugh, I don't know why, cos after the match, you are going to die"; his nan loves him and so do we we our Zac Clough is going to score three Next week at Forest when he has put us 2 up against the manager who wouldn't play him... Underpants Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 Before the internet and tedious threads like this. People sang because they wanted to sing. Try it. It worked a treat before. Quote

The likes of Besiktas don't go for 'comedy' songs about their players just a wall of noise. Lack of atmosphere in the home end is evident at the vast majority of stadia around the country not just here. Palace fans decided to generate an atmosphere with their ultras section. Sitting in the WSU you'll not get any atmosphere, sitting/standing in yoof corner under the scoreboard you probably will. Quote

Guest Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 Down yonder? His first first name is Glenville Wiki says Le Fondre has a French paternal grandfather. He is a lifelong Manchester United fan and he cites his heroes as Eric Cantona and Ole Gunnar Solskjær.[41] Quote

no balls Posted February 15, 2015 Posted February 15, 2015 When the whole ground is chanting that it sounds amazing. My best mate isn't into football but comes every blue moon because she loves me. Anyway, she thinks it's amazing when we sing this. Not only due to the noise but because she says you can hear we are pretty much all Northern with the tone. Not something she says you can hear at other grounds when she watches on the TV. Quote
