On the one hand it could be the Board lining their own pockets, on the other it could be they are worried that they just coming in to strip the assets. The next it's the end of the world because it's not going through quick enough, which could be because the deal isnt good for the club. If ED didnt give a shit he would have just taken the first offer that came along, or let us go into administration.
