Read something earlier that they had issued 1 share to someone in receipt of £3m investment. Have done something similar previously although they received £11m in that instance

way around FFP?

FFP does not exist in this league. That’s the brains with Birmingham spending big because they will not be able to next season in the champ.

looks reasonable on youtube,

head and shoulders above vic.... boom fucking boom!

This is no comment on the new signing, good luck to him and hopefully he's a good 'un.  But we could easily put a youtube video together of Vic's best moments and he'd look good.  Same for Kachunga and Nlundulu for that matter.  We'll see for ourselves, its a no pressure loan signing.

Exactly my thoughts.

So good pal we can trust management decisions again.

Chuffed you are back on board and got your mojo back.

I’ll look out for you tomorrow mate 👏

Yeah looking forward to it. Loved the last couple of games.

Really don’t understand this view that we can do without Sheehan. He’s the best we have at holding and moving the ball in midfield. Another who may be perceived differently under a new manager and system, in my opinion.

I think we have two other players who are younger and could do the job just as well, although Randall hasn't done much yet other than that wonderful pass to Collins but Morley looks sharp and more mature after his tour of Wycombe.

Throw in Matete who can also tackle and find a pass and I'd say we should consider serious offers, especially as JS is 29 and once he hits 30 his market value will decline.

Still, you're right inasmuch it will depend on Schumacher's plans.

Rexham really pushing it today,   sam smith and now agreed deal for Jay Rodriguez.

Wierd thing is they already seem to have strikers coming out of their ears, and have a striker on loan at Dundee United who's the top scorer in the Scottish Prem (Sam Dolby).  For perspective the next 5 top scorers play for Celtic or Rangers, but top scorer isn't good enough for Wrexham.

If we're needing a target man type striker who can also score a few goals, Wrexham must have 1 or 2 spare.

To be fair he does look like he's got more control, skill and pace than Vic!  I'm guessing he doesn't do many towering headers, or did they just leave all those out? 😀

I don’t think I saw him in the box on any of those clips! 😂

He's also scored a goal and got into some good goal scoring positions.

A goal and an assist after 3 or 4 appearances is pretty good.

It takes some doing to talk as much shite as me, but you're giving it a good fucking go

I've had years of practice and I'm finally reaping the rewards :)

That article just confirms the point that it doesn’t currently exist. Hence why Birmingham and Wrexham can fill their boots, this season. However, it will exist from next season. Therefore, whoever comes down from the Championship, won’t be able to do the same.

There is a system currently in operation, and clubs have been penalised within it.

I think it's a more broad spectrum set up though, rather than specifically spending.

Who devised such a stupid system that operates in a few leagues and not all of them. Either drop it totally or impose in all leagues.

The step-up from Championship to Prem is the oddest. It effectively encourages overspending by second tier clubs ... so long as they can escape.

What are we all expecting tomorrow boys and girls ?

Busy day of ins and outs?  Williams, santos, jones out ?   I don't have major beef with Santos but definately think for the club going forward we should get shut - he will always be seen as evatts man and always under scrutiny for walking round with the ball etc.

Signing positions?     Centre half, centre mid ?   A couple of 'statement' signings would be nice but understandably difficult ,  any road am looking forward to an interesting day tomorrow.

We are in an awkward position regarding transfers. Reletive to L1, we have good money but way behind bham and Wrexham. Our recent history in the market has been hit and miss. A tough sell to quality players who realise we are play offs at best this year. Younger prospects from div 2 or europe, almost has beens and injury prone players, seems to be our market place. A challenge for ss?.....

I agree that  we could move on Jones, williams and Santos ( he's not champs level at all)

Difficult to shift those 3 now when they can walk away in the summer, more likely someone with a bit value going. Having said that ss may have targets this month so there maybe some wheeler dealing in the next 24 hours.
