Bolton. Lowe significance is (1) Parkinson getting his targets (2) no sign of huge new cash but (3) enough for sensible frees bar some bigger wages for a striker.

 

My own view is that he probably isn't a huge upgrade on Pratley and Henry other than in terms of age/energy.

My view is that I've not got a clue who or what he is
