June 8, 20188 yr Yeah thats the difficult part, that next step in dev. Is it better at Bolton U23 or at a cat 1 set up, then getting a loan back to Bolton or other Champ club ?? Not sure what the answer is, but all depends on the individual. But players like him can bring some much needed money into the club. June 9, 20188 yr Never heard of him but as long as he puts a decent shift in he will do for me, I will reserve my final judgement until a few months into the season as I will of all the new signings TBF not many footballers are blessed with much intelligence but after watching his interview I think he understands what we and his Bolton supporting mates are all about which in my book is a good start
June 9, 20188 yr It always amazes me how often we hear players say that they 'didn't get a good pre-season and had a slow start'. Maybe it's just the standard excuse for being shit but unless it was because of a long term injury I don't see why they can't keep themselves fit. Great that we have Lowe in early because I was concerned about Henry being let go, especially as he pretty much saved our season. A superior replacement though.

I don't know enough of him to form an opinion, but I wont be moaning if we miss out.
