Nah He isn't upto the level of the current squad, we've progressed and improved, but as you say one or 2 others are arguably in a similar bracket. But Darcy must have been frustrated that he only got 1 game in the bottom half of league 2 whilst Hickman, White, Comley etc were given loads of opportunities to prove they weren't good enough even though it looked obvious from the start.

Nah Unfortunately Isgrove got injured but he was playing really well; Thomason I am not sure about- had some decent games but a bit of a headless chicken at times

Didn't get that much time in reality, and when he did it was generally because of injuries to others or as a sub. Did ok and has soke ability, but IE obviously doesn't see him as being what we need. Unfortunate, but it's probably best for all parties, so he goes with thanks and best wishes.
July 13, 20224 yr I like Darcy but he seems to have stopped improving this last 18 months, so a fresh start is best for him. Thomason on the other hand is still improving in his short professional career. Doubt he’ll be a first pick in midfield and he would have to improve immensely to play at Champ level, but IE obviously rates him and thinks he’ll get better.
