Not sure what's going on but watching Laura Kuensberg I thought Starmer was excellent but even more surprising so was Piers Morgan.

He does seem to be growing into the role which is good to see.

I wouldn't often agree with you but yes in this case.

That CNN wanker in the middle of the three was a fucking pain in the arse though. Typical leftie 'shout everybody down' mega gob. They should fuck her off for future shows.

Superb, I’ll let the neighbours who have to pay more for their train to work. They will be thrilled.

Hmmm

Your neighbours paying more for their train to work vs peace in Europe and Ukraine keeping it's sovereignty.

It's a head scratcher that one! 😉😁

Train fares had been decreasing for the last 40 years.

its a terrible shock.

The rail network should be nationalised. It's not an option to get on one service for another.

I've been commuting for years and we at the hands of privately owned companies that know we don't have a choice in our providers.

It's nuts.

I thought they had been increasing hence Labour saying they were going to put a stop to it?

So train fares aren't high on your agenda with regards to voting?

It was up there with immigration and the war in Ukraine for me. He’s Not doing to well so far. Fingers crossed he can change it because we all want better don’t we.

It’s a marathon not a sprint.

14 years seems a good length of time to give a scientific assessment.

I’ll lower it to 10 to be kind.

we get 50 years with Brexit, so I’m being dead kind.

See, immigration was pretty far down my voting intentions, as was the war I Ukraine. Like most I was looking for things to directly impact my life, so train fares, rent caps, support for working parents, more money into the NHS. Usual stuff.

No dramas. Still wondering what all the praise is about today? Feel free to enlighten me.

Likewise for mine.  The train fares was more for the odd away game so I could budget correctly.

You must be fuming train tickets are going up whilst something not on your voting intention,  (Ukraine) is getting bucket loads of cash. E mail your MP and let them know.

You've been on about Europe not getting it's act together all week. Now we're getting out act together and you're still bloody moaning! 😁

I really think the last 5 years of the tory government they knew they were out so they just took the michael.

I work with a few Etonians and they are beyond belief well connected and they don't give a shit about places like Bolton, unless they can earn money.

Fair enough - I moved down to east Kent so I could be closer to the kids but 30 quid a pop to travel an hour seems a pisstake when in TfL the prices are capped because it's funded directly by the London tax payer.

They’re doing exactly what the last lot did. Throwing money at it. Has there been an attempt at having talks with Russia?
