I'd imagine, given the support from high (HoL for e.g.) that he will be monitored more closely than usual. They were caught, and have been sent down, it's been reported in enough places, I suppose it depends on if the story is of "national interest" or not, or if it's just "local interest" The good news is that at least they've been caught and banged up.
