Should of done this ages ago, they been pissing round this deal for far too long, about time the EFL hit back hard. Imagine if these administrators thought they had the weekend off they have another thing coming now

Not sure administrators can do any more. Up to Ken and Eddie Davies lot to sign off deal.

Good point. Would it look weird to suspend games after forcing us to play previously though?

A line has to be drawn somewhere.

It's only a good thing if it gets done before Tuesday , not sure i trust Football Ventures to do that after all the let downs tbh.

I can't say too much but the issue is not FV

For clarity

Its not EDT

Its KA

Unless MJ doesn't know what's going on

Have a feeling Ken is just going to the exact same what Dale did since there was nothing anybody could do about it

It is now. Yes.

How can Ken have agreed to the deal Friday night but changed his mind come Saturday morning? Barring either greed or spite, what is it?

The issue has always been FV, they have been fucking about big time. They should never have been given preferred bidder status, we could have got someone else interested in the time they've had.

Both.

The spite side of things would not surprise me one bit. Nor would finding out he and/or his pouting son stalk twitter and here getting off on the anguish he's causing so many people, just because some said nasty stuff about him.

You still see people on twitter saying stuff like ‘come on time for FV to get their act together’. Can they not read?

Given all the issues and problems, is FV the right answer ?

But it can’t be any worse than it is now.

just got a niggling doubt in my mind it’s frying pan into fire the longer it goes on.......

I'd imagine FV can't come out and say "we'd love to complete the deal but Ken Anderson is being a knobhead so we're stuck til he gets his head out of his arse".

So the fans are relying on info from social media and Iles

The pressure worked with Dale, maybe a dose of National noteriety would do Ken’s tattered reputation some good. We need national publicity and support now, this cannot be allowed to continue.

Assume Kamani’s were able to make KA aware of their bid structure. The legal process in midweek suggests one of the administrators needs protection against possible recourse.

He got a bit of it with his duel with Dale Vince , and he no doubt loved the notoriety . He’s a sick in the head narcissist

Hmmm interesting!

Are we 'assuming' though or do we 'know' is the real question?

A rhetorical one, obviously!

Seems one or two breaches of confidentiality (NDA) and conspiring to make determental the position of others during legal proceedings.

Very naughty indeed if it can be proven.

So are we saying KA becomes aware that he gets more cash out more quickly by backing Kamani Bid .

Hotel Administrator supports FV bid

KA Refuses to sign S&P agreement to FV

In which case hotel administrator is not so much left holding the shitty end of the stick , he is left holding a stick with both ends very shitty because either / or  KA and MJ ( via PBP ) could try and bring an action against him depending on which bid he supports  ? Hence why he ( the administrator ) went to court .

I hate ken Anderson that much I’d prefer us to liquidate and start again in level 20 if it meant that greasy plastic faced sad excuse for a human being got fuck all out of it. And by the way I think it’ll end with liquidation, Anderson wanted that all along in my opinion.

And the 'some inside' would that be the likes of McGinlay and Dearden who he's probably sat next to in the press box perhaps?

Iles has already reported that the problem was a legal rep from the Anderson camp not being available to sign.

Hardly Anderson's fault if that's the case.

Embarrassing. There are teenagers who'll take criticism of Harry Styles better than you take criticism of a former football agent you have no connection with.

Anyway, that's now twice in two weeks we've been a signature away until something drastic happened (first the injunction, now Ken's reverse Christmas Carol act). Hopefully the EFL hace cottoned on that giving these arseholes endless rope does nothing but keep the club tied up. This ultimatum should've come before the Wycombe game.

What a load of utter claptrap, how have you arrived at such a ridiculous conclusion?
