The Owners

Deatils of the new owners/lenders to Football Ventures starting to emerge on Companies House website this morning..

The model appears to be up to half a dozen people putting money in.  It feels more stable to me than being in hock to one person.  If one drops out it should be easier to find another one willing to put in a few million rather than buying a whole club.

A Derby winner still in training over fences at the age of 42, ridden by an 85yo amateur jockey who’s yet to ride under rules? I just don’t see it.

Shirt, stadium or club investment?

Nobody has seen if Harry Kane can do it on a cold February night in Accrington. They are paying for him to be our marquee summer signing

Probably more accurate

net worth a billion pound? am i reading that correct?

If you don't know the name, you will know boohoo

Pretty little thing/boohoo lot

Adam and Umar started PLT which is under the Boohoo umbrella. Boohoo is their Dad’s operation

In recent years Adam’s seemed more active with his commercial property stuff to me though so whatever deal is taking place don’t assume it’s to do with the fashion biz.

It could be but let’s not get too excited yet unless it’s for fun. Don’t want folk moaning when Boohoo don’t invest for us to sign Mbappe 🙄

Who is the third man? Is any deal dependant on promotion?

Would you prefer the "Pretty Little Stadium" or the "Boohoo Stadium" 😁

Looks like they have a few quid to invest , will it be sponsporship shirts/stadium or buying shares in club or hotel??

Great news.

If it is Boo Hoo or PLT my step daughter has bought one of everything they stock during lockdown so must be minted

Not a tank top in sight on that photo btw, jeans for a business meeting, we are fucking hipsters now

Sweat Shop Stadium

Any cash they can chuck or way is more than welcome. The fact that anybody is considering getting involved with our club shows how far we've come over the last couple of years.

As an aside, I've seen on FB, and people have showed me a few Twitter links what people refer to Brittan as "Auntie Sharon"....that's well cringy isn't it?

As long as they aren't the shirt sponsors, can't imagine many shirts would be sold to middle aged men if it has Pretty Little Thing on the front of it.

"Exciting news" is extremely vague but the fact he has hastagged our name and says "1st good luck today", I think he could be a potential investor. No doubt Sharon is a businesswoman they can trust, don't blame them for distancing themselves during admin/KA but this can't be a coincidence that they're back on the scene.

Wouldn't say no to shirt sponsorship or stadium naming rights but I'm hoping it's something bigger than that!

If a long term aim is to get back into the Championship we're gonna need a few quid and these guys could provide it.

Beats Sweaty Ken

The pre ladies tension stadium

Hotel needs investment so a good deal and return for them

I think the Kamani family also own Primark & H&M. I don't know about Adam, but his family are seriously minted.

They own neither. But are as you say very wealthy indeed
