either way it seems a long time, it’s unlikely people will have been swabbed immediately after potential exposure so in reality they are at the back end of the 2 weeks by the time they find out if they have it or not

Could be - I've not done one. The quick turnaround might be due being able to persuade the patient to self isolate and then thoroughly clean the room they were in. 

Usually a swab needs time to grow in the lab - 7-10 days seems a long time mind.

Japanese turning round tests in under 48 hours - though I think there are questions of accuracy from throat swabs. Also thought these were PCR based so growth isn't needed?

Italy shut all schools and unis for 2 weeks.

Its probably the most effective way to reduce transmission once cases start to increase and to flatten out the curve. You need to reduce movement as much as is possible.

3 cases of transmission the UK of "unknown origin". I'd say this thing is out there now for sure. I expect a big jump within the next five days.

Quality save are rationing hand sanitizers, max 2 per person after a family walked in first thing morning and bought 6 boxes of the stuff 🤦‍♂️😂

The missus heard a rumour there was one left in the spa around lunchtime 

Most of these hand sanitiser’s don’t even kill viruses 

It won’t stop Gonzo from trying to use it to see off a Herpes breakout though
