Japanese turning round tests in under 48 hours - though I think there are questions of accuracy from throat swabs. Also thought these were PCR based so growth isn't needed?

Not sure - I'm unlikely to come into contact with someone reporting for the first time. I'd like to hope it's not as long as Casino mentioned as there's an awful lot of people you could potentially infect before the result unless someone voluntarily quarantines themselves?

And I'm not sure how the drive though testing stations I've been hearing about would would with that sort of wait for a result. If I hear owt I'll tell you! :)

General consensus is - we're all getting it.

It’s time to end the premier league season now.

Play cup matches, but the leagues should all be restarted in September.

It’s the only way.

Can someone explain to me why handshakes have been banned in rugby union?

Because people instinctively rub their noses and cough into their hands etc, so touching hands is the most likely way the virus will be spread. Whether the ban is necessary is another question altogether.

Sex between consenting adults to be banned in Europe.

Unless it's doggy fashion with face masks on.

I would have been more than happy with that back in the Ritzy's days.

Needs to be 60% alcohol to be effective against viruses.

Wonder how much it is to simply buy a gallon of alcohol and mix your own with some washing up liquid?

Sweep will be fine, he's 64% alcohol normally.

Cheers. Just thought it was bizarre in rugby considering the amount of close contact

if I think I've got it, I'm going to shake as many of my mates hands, coupled with a hug and a kiss, as possible

if I'm going down, they're coming with me
