Remember those little puddings in a tin? Think they where called goblin? Saw them in home bargains the other week. Used to love them as a kid. Wouldn't eat them now though.

When my brother had a greengrocers shop on Belmont Road he used to sell bags of “pot roast” to the scutters on Oldham’s Estate. Basically all the off cuts from the damaged veg that he’d bought from the veg markets early hours. Chopped up and sold in bags for high profit to lazy/thick fuckers. If only the bearded hipsters had been around early 80’s…..
