Them Wigan C **nts.

Ok fair fucks they won the league an’ all that, but tonight i had to endure a midnight train full of the turds on a train from Manc to Wigan with loads of feral scruffs singing “Bolton get battered” blah fucking blah.

They can enjoy their day in the sun, but we’re on our way back and our paths will no doubt cross again.

Karma.

Dodgy for me too. I was hoping to see a hammering. Annoyed Cov aren’t winning by a few yet.

No interest in City game

Thick Wigan bastards are blaming Ticketmaster for non-selling of season tickets - to me that shows the club are going tits-up - they obviously cant sell tickets for next season when they know they wont have this club next season - current directors would be liable for refunding the fans out of there own pocket - thats if normal insolvency rules apply

I’m afraid I’m going to have to call bollocks on that one to a certain extent as Ticketmaster haven’t been their system provider for at least 3 years now. And they’re only the systems provider so wouldn’t have the power to veto that. That’s not to say there hasn’t been a certain legal influence though and/or the EFL that has raised concerns about being unable to honour the product, but even then there’s nowt to say they won’t just say fuck it and get some money in regardless of whether tickets will be honoured or not.

Worth mentioning that it was a similar situation for us pre-takeover when we were only able to put season tickets on sale after a few home games.

Three of you above appear to be watching them! :)

Four, but I don’t have BT and can only assume Boro v Stoke on Main Event is where football goes to die.

1-0 Cov btw 😊

Cox should have won that easy, then a stuffy deflected goal.

still another game gone and 2 above them play tomorrow.

They get relegated, have a summer of turmoil, end up with points docked for next year, have to field a patched together side of yooths and freebies and there's an early season fixture against none other than Bolton Wanderers.

And they'd still find a way of not losing to us.

Until the 3rd flush, with the cistern fully loaded in case the tip of the turd reappears, I won't believe they've gone. Pleased they dropped 2 points but I was looking for all 3 gone.

That Wiggin website really needs a Howard type character

I must admit I've always wondered if Howard's mob were actually behind the Wigan takeover. He/they came on here claiming to represent a potential Bahraini takeover of BWFC, fast forward 18 months or so and Bahrainis take over at Wigan. Maybe we dodged a bullet.

It amazes me that any intelligent person would ever want to buy a club like Wigan, unless it was to write off money. They’re pretending to be a serious club when everybody knows in reality they are a L1/L2 club at best.

Maloney scheduled to fly out to Bahrain on Saturday (been arranged for over a month) for meeting with Owners. Whether he goes or not will be a big pointer. Plus whether wages get paid or not of course. Wigan expecting decision re 3 point deduction on Thursday.

Meanwhile, some former French World Cup winner is implicated in a particularly nasty murder.

Let's see if he's in First, or cattle, class !

If funds were tight, why did they give Richardson a 3 year deal then sack him about 6 weeks into it?

And then do same to toure!! And that’s after paying for his release from Leicester , spent some serious wedge.

Ultimately paying gaffers off, paying ridiculous wages thinking they would get a ROI when they got promoted is all on the owners. That ground is a noose round their neck. They were on about naming rights, hosting concerts etc, making it more of a community facility and non have happened. It’s haemorrhaging money and there’s a big difference in having the money and being willing to spunk it on something which won’t give it you back
