Must have been. 5 in hospital in total

Two men and two women in the taxi, all aged late 20's. Plus the surviving kid in the other vehicle apparently.

Blimey, that's grim.  Hopefully they all make a full recovery.  It was heartbreaking reading about the taxi driver yesterday, young son, pic of him at his daughter's graduation, just trying to earn a living.  Those other couples, just going about their business

Heartbreaking reading about the taxi driver. Plus those two couples just on the way home from a night out. Horrendous.

I hope that POS murderer driving the Seat rots in hell. A gofundme page! Just GTF

@royal white Dastardly BBC not reporting the news impartially again and brushing everything under the carpet! 😉

Tsk - but now they've spoiled it by broadcasting this Communist propaganda!

There’s still folk on here who believe they were banned because they were violent thugs.

Well if what's being reported is correct then you might be right and I'll happily admit so 🫡

This is good news.

Begs the question, why haven't those authorities been doing it before?

Have you been in a coma for the last 15 years?

The date range is Jan 2023 to end of June 2024

Labour came in July 2024

Is it saying it was up 35% in that date range or compared to that date range?

It's July 24 to Dec 25 - so 35% up on Jan 23 to June 24 is how I'm reading it. Obviously we're nowhere near there yet - but it's a step in the right direction.

I read it as

"35% up between Jan 23 and June 24"

Because that's what it says

So that means it's compared to 21/22

And I presume it's based on data compiled by the home office during the next 18 months

I've ran it by chat gpt and Gemini and they say the same

So unless it can be shown otherwise I'm putting this success down to the Tories

Yeah I think you're right on a second look! Fair play. Be interesting to see whether that trend continues. I did wonder why the Labour Party weren't crowing about it a bit more!

Ok great, so the Tories managed a 35% increase which is what the image showed us

And then your link tells us labour have carried on the good work with 77%-83% increases

Good work all round

Hopefully we see another big increase next

They were banned based on worries about the reaction of some local radicals, & the behaviour of some radical Maccabi fans.

Don’t think anyone on here said Maccabi fans were the only reason.

I said from the beginning it was the wrong the decision, they’ve took the easy way out. But they’ve probably prevented more hassle than it created.

Can’t believe it’s still news. Time to move on.

No, but I did say it was because on the advice of the Dutch Police - which I believe they're now claiming they never gave. So it looks like the bloke in front of the inquiry might have made that bit up.

IDK of course - but that seems to be the basis of the complaint today.

Nope. The 35% in the image is referring to the deportation figure specifically. I suspect there was more context given during the broadcast than is shown in the screenshot.

Yeah if the Dutch police didn’t speak with WMP & they’ve made that up then they’ll be in a pickle. Maccabi fans have a reputation already, they didn’t need to lie.

Unless the Dutch police are lying 😄

Who gives a fuck anymore anyway. Away fans get banned all over the shop & nobody makes this much fuss.

Screeches of antisemitism are absurd

Sorry mate, it wont be going away for a while, especially when more revelations emerge. His lies are shocking as seen last week. Totally inept

“Scandal” 😂

So a Mosque leader was on the interview panel, alongside other community members. Therefore the WMP are antisemitic & banned them because they were Jewish.

Ok then, makes perfect sense.

Community organisations & members are on public service interview panels all the time. No idea who the fuck Jim Chimirie is, but they’re clutching at straws if that’s their evidence for antisemitism.

 Move on
