Are you thinking about doing the away end? I know a few lads have already said they’re doing that?

I signed up but there was a deadline on new members so won’t let you

Exactly the same - 3 messages from my crew, I’m not looking forward to 3.30.

I was refreshing on 2 devices from 8.50.

18 aways they’ve done this season and they are going to hear tales of people who are getting tickets who’ve been to Wembley and that’s it.

All because they had someone/knew someone who just happened to use Chrome and clear their cookies - if it wasn’t so fucking gut-wrenching it would be laughable.

Don’t go on Facebook or Twitter etc some real smug cunts floating about

if I don’t get sorted then probably take him fanzone

Apparently it depended what browser you used, Chrome was the best bet apparently

See the link never showed for me on Chrome till the last minute. Samsung browser thing worked earlier but that was too late. Google was a write off.

Way above my head but why wouldn't it work on a particular browser?

I have contacts in Barnsley but it’s not worth the aggravation of sitting on your hands for 90 mins OR being thrown out.

I would risk it personally but it would be irresponsible to allow my lad as you just never know of any consequences.

Its ticketmaster - not BWFC - so no point moaning at them.

TM have a pretty old platform - but they are the biggest ticket agent in the world so they aren't in any rush to upgrade.

It's just works better on certain browsers, same as when you buy tickets to popular gigs, make sure all your cache is cleared and with the queue system you could log on an hour before and still not get them or log on a minute to and get in and a ticket if one drops from a basket or they upload the next trache of seats.

Well that's how it works on the main site, I'd have thought ticketmaster sports is a similar deal. The club have no direct control whatsoever they just send the allocation to the agent.

The problem is not sitting on your hands when/if we score. It is when you are sat there staring at ground if/when they score

Yes basically it’s purgatory.

You’re right but they won’t score 😎

Missed out here.  Was 1200th in the queue at 9.30. I'm pretty ambivalent about it but gutted for those who've been to umpteen aways this year.  Just the way it is and at least it means we're relatively successful and more folk want to watch us.

We suffer a heavy defeat tomorrow and I'm sure there'll be plenty of spares knocking about.

And if we don’t the re sale price goes up even more 🤑🤑

Our fantastic IT team of Sputnik,  The Bat , Ashburner St , for the first time this season were not successful.

The grand total of 1   !!!

Ju's Jugs went solo  and managed to get 2 .

It's been a shambles and gutted for those who missed out, but if we win its all about the Final anyway and if we lose, you'll be glad you weren't there as losing in the play offs is so gut wrenchingly hideous.

Not quite correct. Although Ticketmaster operate the system and so the queue is within their remit, any release of seats etc is done directly from the ticket office. Tickets dropping out of baskets is pure pot luck. What is within the club’s control is limiting the need to queue by having staggered sales periods but of course there’s already a topic on that one.

I still dont get how the link for tickets just didnt appear though?

Nothing to do with the queues or whatever it just didnt appear.

Never mind, while these with tickets get carried away with the game, us peasants will get first dibs on wembley train tickets while the game is about to finish or we can turn off if we are getting hammered

Every cloud, mate.

Once there aren’t any tickets available then that’s it. Though I had similar with Bristol where it just didn’t show up.

Already got ours, took the gamble at £40 return and will just go for the weekend if we don’t get there.

Mine didn't, my pal gave me his link in the queue.  I was using the Samsung browser and got nothing.  I'm pretty sure it's folks browsers,

Had they all gone by the time you got through? Could be just another shitty TM glitch if not.

To be honest that's what I said - the club give an allocation. With that amount of tickets and knowing demand would be high no way I'd do staggered sales - only do that for big numbers, unless it was a pre sale for STH.

had 3 browsers on different devices open at same time refreshing

all entered queue at different times

the first one to get in got me tickets, joined around 9.30

i've no issue with the concept of an online queue system, that's how it works in real life, if you get there early and queue you're more likely to get one than someone who turns up when it opens

but

I don't get why the club can't at least say what time the online queue roughly opens, you can't just assume folk know how it works online and get there early

The club did say yesterday that the queue would open at 9.20. But actually the way things panned out, if you joined the website earlier than 9.20 you would've been sat there refreshing for ages until you opened it in a new browser or deleted your cookies. If you joined at 9.20 or later when the queue was open, you went straight into it. So joining early was a major disadvantage for some people.

Not sure what the club can do about that really, though obviously hugely unlucky for those that missed out because of it. With a loyalty scheme certain to come in and hopefully promotion, this might be the last time for many years that this is even an issue.

It will always be any issue as long as some miss out; regardless of the loyalty system being considered people will still be pissed off. It’s their fucking chairman who has fucked this up.

Sent an email asking about their hospitality tickets and look who responded
