I know we complain about Evatt but he’s at least been given every opportunity and backing so if he doesn’t succeed after that then there can’t be any arguments but Adam’s has only been there five bloody minutes.

I agree with your point but in Adam's case he has had 12 months - not saying that's enough, but its not like he only had 4 or 5 months like some. They were relegated under him (not saying all his fault obviously) but I think they would have expected to be higher than 18th place in the division below at Christmas.
