The Managerial Roundabout

Shrewsbury potting Cotterill is an odd one,

Spurs possibly seeking a new manager around Christmas, not sure how he will do.

Gerrard to Leeds is rumoured.

Uri Geller to Wigan?

I know he’s not a manager but Standard Liege fans seem gutted we’ve got Fergal Harkin to the extent that some are saying he saved them from relegation despite having no budget. Sounds positive.

  • Are you serious? The guy brought us some fucking brilliant moments  that we’ll never forget. Yeah, it didn’t end up great but ffs.

Everton interviewing Evatt tomorrow

Staggering, on the day of a vital cup game for Everton too. The mind boggles. I thought Dyche would keep them clear of the drop again too. Hopefully this move condemns them to relegation at last.

The great unflushables will be in the championship with their brand new stadium

Can't help feeling that situation would have best been served by him staying.

Few stories linking Evatt with an approach to bring him in as 2nd Assistant Kitman already.

Under Dyche the football wouldn’t be pretty but I reckon we’d have a better chance of getting out of this shit league with him..

He did an excellent job at Burnley who punched above their weight for years. We’d be solid and well organised which is something we have rarely been in the last 12 months.

Dyche will easily get fixed up with at least a top championship side or even a team in relegation trouble in the premier, he's a very underrated manager imo.

How long can Everton keep threading water for, 4th season in a row now of just scraping by

Can't see a new a manager getting much more out that squad than Dyche could

Keep making stupid decisons and have moon men running the club....no guarentee these new chaps are any different.

Well if they can bring some stability behind the scenes, that could be a start

But the team needs investment and a fresh approach

(I didn't even know you had new people in charge, presumed it was the same folk that hired and fired the last few managers)

I know nothing of the new people in charge there but with the right ownership and the new stadium on the horizon, it'd be a massively attractive job for a lot of managers
