They actually went on at 9:59. I refreshed and it just came up straight away. Done by 10:01. It is an absolute lottery. If we stay at this level it defo needs a review

What a shit show! Was on a 09:59 but then all the available seats, when i selected them, said were unavailable?! What happened to the auto assigning of seats?

whats stopping us doing something like this. Stockport put tickets on sale for an away game with high demand to those who had done 15 or more away games first, then to those who had been to 10 or more and so on. I'm sure we have all the data available with the membership bollocks.

Also, that seat map slowed me right down

Untick the 'sit together' option and accept the Ryanair-style random allocation of seats nowhere near each other and you'd be fine.

If the system worked the same every time that would be a start.

Because we don’t need a system. We are Bolton and above all that normal stuff clubs do. We like a cluster fuck. As long as they sell we don’t care. Fuck the customers….sorry fans.

Only half of those tickets went on online sale, the others were sold from the club ticket portacabin, meaning the prospect of a long queue and still missing out.

Is that really a better way?

Yes, the 'voucher' idea is better, but a physical queue isn't. There's no way of appeasing everyone when there are simply not enough tickets to go round.

Weirdly just managed to get 1 more for someone. Just appeared as available out of nowhere after constantly refreshing

was more thinking about the rewarding people who have been to most away games part of it, didn't actually see that you had to queue up in person in fairness (which wouldn't be a good idea)

There will be people who have been to 3 away games this season who have a ticket, and then people like Piemon who have been to 15 and missed out.

I reckon this should be illegal. 

How on earth can you have a system that allows you to allocate and pay for your seats, then says fuck off you weren't quick enough.

Once the payment button is clicked they should remain allocated until it's completed.

Obviously, if payment doesn't go through/or is cancelled then that's a different story.

Was on my phone from 9.55 l. Couldn't even get any tickets in the basket. Just no tickets available for 2-3 people. Not that arsed because I'd already expected to not get any but the system is shite 

Another one that can't fathom the system here.....

Was after 3, thought I'd got them allocated but went to check out in basket and I've only ended up with 1.
