I just listened to Evatt and Johnston's interviews. They mentioned that it's a tough place to go and that they're big and physical and their fans rallied behind them. Cambridge United. 22nd in Le

Having everyone in the box at corners is shit when the opposition have 11 men on the field, doing it when they have 10 is just pathetic.

  • Evatt shouldn’t be allowed anyway near any room where discussions about January signings are taking place.

Terrible, losing a lead against 10 men is unacceptable, leaving a fre man for a header and then almost concede a second with another free header when you have a spare man, suggests to me in that area and many others they are rather poorly coached and/or have poor awareness/marking etc

2 points threw away against 10 men, 10 men who are bottom 3, it should be the end of IE, but that's clearly not gonna happen.

It’s Division 3 football but at such a low level it’s depressing. It’s just nothing football

Sums it up well.  Just boring.

But we aren't far off the play offs you know.

Concede in the 89th minute. 6 minutes left against 10 men to go and find a way winner. Matete shoots from the kick off.

Fucking braindead

I know, I get that but even those we’ve won recently we’ve played pretty poorly. Every so often there’s a 20 or 30 minute spell where we look like a half decent team, but in general we’re just not very good.

Think you missed my sarcasm!

Not easy in a sentence in fairness.

It seems to be the very thing that keeps us all hoping against hope, when the reality is, it just feels a bit forlorn.

Form table might show one thing, but we can see that we're some way off.

Once again, the stick or twist debate comes into play.

How many times have we played well for a whole game this season . Peterborough at home ?

Only suprise was it wasn't Kachunga that scored.

Awful game, and another where I'd struggle to say who our best player was

Shows how bad a division it is we have been poor for a while now but are still in the mix

Bipolar whites strike again.

this mob aren’t going anywhere.

Not good, disciplined, brave, smart, solid, decisive, effective, reliable,  confident, ruthless or consistent enough.

That isn’t being over dramatic just a stone cold fact. 1 up against a team in the bottom 4 who have 10 men. No other side in and around the top 6 throw points away there. That’s the difference between the runners and the also rans. Simple as that

We are running out of shite teams to play too.

Evatts gone from managing Barrocelona to Real Lyshit.

Putting Vic on is absolutely pointless especially if you were chasing the game.

What a crock of shit

Outstandingly shit was mcatee giving the worlds most left footed player an easy inswinging cross on his (cracking) left foot

Just put him on his right foot

In Evatt we trust

We’ve seen enough now to know what the season probably looks like. Teams don’t fundamentally change after 16 games. We’ll hover below or around the play offs, put some runs together, and come unstuck in games where we don’t expect to.

I imagine Evatt and the board will be looking to January to rebalance the squad.

My biggest concern tonight (aside from a disjointed performance) was the direct shot from kick off after their equaliser. Unsure who it was, but I don’t think any player in previous seasons would have done that. Complete lack of professionalism and makes me question Evatt’s control over that squad.

The board need to decide whether to stick or twist on Evatt. There are big decisions in January on player recruitment. Even bigger decisions on whether to cash in on one or two of our out of contract players or gamble on them helping us get promoted.

I bet that doesn't count as a set piece goal against us, when it's exactly the kind of chance we give up regularly by bringing all 11 back. We give another easy chance to cross into a congested box.

Terrible coaching to not be learning from this. And, as you say, even worse against 10 men.

has evatt still got 'plenty credit in the bank' with the clappers?

It’s been done to death so I’ll spare you all the words but put simply it only improves when evatt goes. He’s clearly finished for me

Problem is this is not going to change and doubt Sharon will do the decent thing but tbh the players are as bad no fight clueless footballers a long hard season ahead.

Wonder if any of them have been on IVs again?

This time with ale!

I did miss it, too busy grumbling on the sofa.

It’s the story of this team, we’ll always be close enough for there to be a credible chance, but we’re never going to take the chance.

Its not fucking coaching

Unless mcatee needs telling not to let Andrews have it on his left foot

If he does, I may concede the point :)

Worst thing Wiggin in 2 weeks and they have hit some sort of form!

Doubt he told our dicks to keep giving deadballs away in our own half either.

Lolo's shot from 35 yards wasn't much better

Whilst in agreement it's criminal to have 11 back in the box and consistently fail to even compete for headers.
