I know 3 people who swear by a good ice bath after a marathon/triathlon/Ironman competion. It works for them. Not sure why some would doubt the benefits. 🤷‍♂️

Nor me! Having said that, I haven’t run a marathon, swam, cycled or run a triathlon but I do do know many who have. The ice bath is usually there at the end of the major tournaments. 
Doubt it has any benefit for keyboard fatigue though.

Used to go to High Street baths when at primary school.

It was vile, with "stuff" floating on the water, and I'd feel sick before going to school on baths day at the thought of it.

What topped it off was the teacher making everyone of us have a freezing shower before going in.
