Snow_white
Bolton on our best run of form for the season, Arsenal on their worst run. Come on they got turtled by Fulham Swansea and the Filth. Must be a victory right? (2-2)
EyesRight
2-1 Bolton, over 24,000 on if ticket office can be trusted. Start the game with a high tempo and hopefully force some errors from there back 4 when they try and play it out from the back.

moosevernel
nice to see bogdan keeping his place and some consistency in the line up now Bolton 3 - 1 Arsenal Mavies Ngog Klasnic from the bench Van Persie late consolation for Arsenal
jazza
plenty chances in the first half... maybe slightly fortunate to be level at half time but Ngog had chances too

Arrested development
Great point. I though knight and wheater were excellent. Reo coker was immense aswell.
jazza
Great display... could and maybe should have won in end, looked a penalty near the end on Mark Davies. In saying that van Persie hit the woodwork twice, so perhaps fair scoreline. I have to hold my hand I've been severely critical of Nigel Reo Coker all season but he was our man of the match by far for me. Mark Davies was again impressive and Ngog worked hard and was well replaced by Kevin Davies who looked more like himself. Special mentions for me too go to Wheater, Steinsson and Ricketts plus Petrovs workrate has improved a lot too. Happy with performance
burndenpaddock
Played well tonight, didn't stop pressing Arsenal and made some good chances. Dare I say it, we looked pretty solid at the back, they were covering each other all night. Add some flare and pace up front with the new signings and things are starting to look a bit better. jazza
does anyone else think we'd have got the penalty if Davies hadn't dived in the 1st half? Nah, just think Foy got it wrong as he usually does
Rembrandt
Very satisfying performance and result after rolling over far too often earlier in the season. NRC was MotM for me. M Davies & the back line not far behind. No dud performances. Word for Bogdan too ..... good reading of the game.
superkev
does anyone else think we'd have got the penalty if Davies hadn't dived in the 1st half? No. Their keeper got a touch to the ball. Edited February 1, 2012 by superkev
Site Supporter MickyD Posted February 1, 2012 Site Supporter Share Posted February 1, 2012 does anyone else think we'd have got the penalty if Davies hadn't dived in the 1st half? I'm not sure the two are linked. Just watching football first. Because it isn't edited by itv sort, theres half a chance they'll show the incident.
