hughmungus Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 Right. One of them there keep quiet orders that you are at liberty to hand out to one of your ex employees. Not sure what your point is ?, but have we ever been told the real reason for him leaving ? Quote

Hutch Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 I have a lot of time for Gartside, I think he has done a really good job since he has been chairman and I expect him to act soon to remove OC Good posts by Gonzo and PaulHanley, agree completely The comparison with Todd in the Watford Wembley season is a good one. We had loads of attacking intent and quality but fucked it up that season. I went to Bradford and Crewe where we scored 3 goals or so but still lost. We dumped Todd and brought in BSA NOW is the time for Big Mick Quote
SalfordOriginal Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 Just what we need. A nice guy and an ex Bolton favourite to drive the side on to glory..... :-) "We all agree, spooners better than browny!" Can be resigned to the draw along with Coyles "he gets the ball and does fuck all" if he gets the job Quote

birch-chorley Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 I'll raise you with....Micky Mellon. I will see your Dicky Lemon and raise you Gary Flitcroft doing a cracking job at Chorley and is a Bolton lad Quote

ex_midlandwhite Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 The only thing i am certain of is that 12 months after Coyle is replaced the fans will be hounding the new man out. Id still give Coyle 6 more games but he needs to pick a back 4 and stick with it. Quote
superjohnmcginlay Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 I'll raise you with....Micky Mellon. hes alright for a starter Quote

ex_midlandwhite Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 how so? Because the odds of getting someone as successful BSA are slim. The realistic replacements for me are McCarthy and McLeish. Id have no problems with McCarthy myself. However even if they got us promoted a few defeats in the prem would see our lot crawling all over them as managers that are poor in the prem. Quote

We've hardly crawled all over Coyle, though Relegation was greeted with little more than a sigh Quote
ex_midlandwhite Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 We've hardly crawled all over Coyle, though Relegation was greeted with little more than a sigh Because he was the fans choice and has history with us. The next man is unlikely to have that and will likely be in the Megson disciplined ilk. Quote
HoldensHairdo Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 He has retweeted someone saying give Coyle til Xmas... ! Too late if you ask me Quote

L/H White Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 Not sure if this has been picked up, but Garty retweeted this. @Kirkybwfc77: @pagartside I'd give Coyle at least till x-mas. Fans need to show a bit of patience and stop getting on teams back. #keepthefaith. #Bwfc Please please don't give him this long Phillip. Quote
