1st time this season that I've come away after thoroughly enjoying the match superb game. Wanderers as one players and fans. 1 nil down and the fans got behind the team. That's what it's all about.

That was a result that sends you home in a positive mood due to the way we performed. Which also brought a better atmosphere in the stands. Lonergan was everywhere today and even Knight made a cracking last ditch tackle to prevent a good scoring opportunity for forest. Happy with all that.

Looked decent going forward and we weren't any worse off defensively. Need to take more of our chances.

 

Danns was good today. I'd like Mark Davies to be a bit greedier when running at the defence.

Billy Davies clearly a cunt

Spearing needs resting from taking corners and free kicks. Utter utter dogwank delivery all day from him.  The only one he didn't take we scored from. Very pleased overall with that today though, much more positive and if Beckford had stayed on I think we might have won it. We got into some great positions in and around the box in the second half but needed that extra striker in there to pass to. Well done to the crowd too, backed the team well right up to the final whistle (apart from the utter cuntshoveller at the back of NSL 202ish, who never stopped slagging the team off and shouting "DOUGIE, FUCK OFF, YOU'RE SHIT" then proceeded to scream "GET BEHIND THE TEAM FFS". Bellend.

Forest were a joke second half. But then you don't play like that unless you're instructed to, so we can blame BD for it.

 

Much better energy levels from the team today. Danns really had the bit between his teeth second half.

 

Shame Beckford went off as him and Ngog were looking decent. Good to hear the crowd getting behind the side for a change.

The team are playing for Dougie and they have a real resolve about them.
