Guest Blixa Posted August 25, 2013 Posted August 25, 2013 I see Cardiff didn't do a Bolton and roll over because they were playing a top 3 team (Whistling smiley) Down by Easter. Quote
jules_darby Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Down by Easter.Probably Completely irrelevant to my point though Quote

tomski Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Bundesliga highlights are on. Looks miles better than the prem for entertainment and potentially standard of football too. Quote

Great to see Hertha Berlin doing so well on their return to the division, need to get back over and see them this season it is a cracking experience watching them at home Quote

Carlos Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Just watched Braga nick a late win. Good atmosphere at the Quarry. Quote
tomski Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Think I'm gonna pick a team and follow them with the potential of actually going to watch them at some point. Quote
Marc505 Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Think I'm gonna pick a team and follow them with the potential of actually going to watch them at some point. Pick about 10 of them! Quote
Garrp Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Think I'm gonna pick a team and follow them with the potential of actually going to watch them at some point. My mates just done the same and im expected to go with him. Eintracht Braunsweig apparently, something to do with their fans. Quote

Funny to see what the coaches wear at matches rather than the sharp suits or shitty club shop wear you get here, its all hoodies and jeans in Germany. One of them turns out in a Stone Island jacket usually as well but cant remember which team he manages Quote
EyesRight Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 My mates just done the same and im expected to go with him. Eintracht Braunsweig apparently, something to do with their fans. Had them in my bonus bagger Quote
tomski Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 I'm going with Ausburg because I have just seen them score their first goal this season and feel part of them now. What is nice is I wont look for results and just watch this Monday, so I feel like a proper fan watching each game ha ha. Fuck you Stuttgart. Quote

Marc505 Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Union > Hertha Wouldn't mind watching a Union game but Hertha were the first team I watched in Germany so they remain my favourites over there Quote
Leyther_Matt Posted August 26, 2013 Posted August 26, 2013 Wouldn't mind watching a Union game but Hertha were the first team I watched in Germany so they remain my favourites over thereDid the Olympiastadion tour but the Union fans were unreal when I was there with Hibs. Place was bouncing even for a friendly. Have kept an eye on them since and they took 21,000 to Hertha away last season! Quote
Zico Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 Union is probably the best non Bolton game I've been too, and not just for the boozing on the terrace Quote
Rembrandt Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 Got to a match at the Olympiastadion once, back in 1981. Tennis Borussia Berlin V Wattenscheid. 09. Can't say the place was bouncing. Great experience though. Quote
Farrelli Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 Down by Easter. Cardiff? They will win enough home games to stay up IMO. Quote
jules_darby Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 According to Sky, Dawson gained a pen for WBA Not sure i like this! Quote
